Effective inventory control is crucial throughout the value chain, from component manufacturers to manufacturing service providers. It helps minimize tied-up assets, supporting daily cash flow.
However, unforeseen circumstances can lead companies to accumulate excess inventory, hindering operations. 360 Components specializes in providing solutions for the disposal of surplus inventories. When targeted towards a suitable customer base, we firmly believe your products still hold reasonable value.
Therefore, we extend an offer to present your surplus inventory to our clients at a fair market value and simultaneously propose to procure your excess inventory at your cost.
Furthermore, we are fully equipped to tailor a disposal program specifically designed for your unique inventory needs.
360 Components has a proven track record of assisting distributors and OEMs in the electronics industry, helping them generate cash flow for their organizations.
We possess the essential contacts, resources, experience, and, most importantly, a history of successful outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of your excess inventory program.
Within the same corporate group as 360 Components OÜ, FinnSEA Nordesk OÜ is a consulting company specializing in developing supply chains within the metal sector.
FinnSEA boasts a wealth of experience and a track record of contented clients, particularly in producing steel and aluminium components in Vietnam. Most of our suppliers possess expertise in designing and manufacturing customized metal racks, enclosures, and industrial boxes.
These products are meticulously crafted to adhere to internationally recognized standards such as ISO9001, IEC, JIS, and NEMA.
Our company, founded in France in 1997, was built upon the philosophy of aiding OEMs and Distributors in addressing their excess or slow-moving inventory challenges at a fair value while also sourcing elusive and obsolete products, NPI kits, and items with limited distributor availability.
In 2010, we expanded our operations to include logistics in Hong Kong, and in 2017, we established 360 Components OÜ as our headquarters in Estonia.
The leadership team at 360 Components boasts over three decades of collective experience in electronics distribution. We have held key positions at significant distributors in Europe and North America, where we successfully implemented and managed inventory disposal programs.
Pietro Karjalainen, for instance, has an extensive background in Sales and Marketing dating back to the 1980s, with notable roles at ITT Multicomponents (including Farnell Electronic Services and Arrow) in Europe. At ITT, Pietro pioneered the Excess and Obsolete inventory disposal program, overseeing its successful operation for several years.
Meanwhile, Kristiina Karjalainen has been involved in electronics component brokering since 1997, specializing in serving OEMs with services related to obsolete and hard-to-find products and handling excess inventory disposal activities.
Pietro currently holds a supervisory position at 360 Components and is not directly involved in day-to-day operations. Kristiina serves as one of the company's Directors, overseeing Sales and Purchasing management for Finnish and non-Asian clientele.
Huong Le, based in Vietnam, manages our Vietnamese and Asian customer base.
